How to Attach:

1. Pull out short Velcro strap and attach to seatpost right below the saddle.
2. Slip long end of buckle through the bottom of the seat and buckle at the other end. Tighten until bag is firmly in place.
3. Tuck extra length of strap into the provided loop so it's out of the way. 

Ensure firm attachment before use.
